- Extensive experience in corporate and structured finance operations in both EU and emerging countries, including:
- risk capital operations (equity and quasi equity investments for innovative ventures);
- guarantee schemes (credit guarantees, export credit guarantees, guarantees for project finance operations);
- debt financing (senior and subordinated loans), risks mitigation instruments. Counterparts being small and medium companies as well as large companies/multinationals.
- The financial appraisal of adaptation/mitigation projects: e.g. waste management, WASH-water sanitation & hygien, water and energy efficiency, agriculture techniques.
- Development and negotiation with clients, foreign investors, commercial and investment banks.
